• Those affected by widespread opioid use, addiction and overdose in Snohomish County
• Those interested in upskilling or reskilling to increase availability of services

Deliverables

• 280 receive career services
• 160 will be enrolled in training and/or work based training
• 195 will receive support services
• 153 will enter employment
• 120 transitional jobs

Upskilling Opportunities

• For those entering professions to address the opioid crisis and its causes
• Addiction treatment, pain therapy, mental health, etc

Transitional Jobs model

• Time limited, wage paid work experience
• Wages subsidized up to 100%
• Opportunity to develop skills within the work context
• Builds work history
• Typically half time with supportive programming
