I chose New Orleans as my place because I believe its the best place for fun and laughter with you family. So I wanted to share that with you… well in cell form.

I chose the Mayor as the nucleus because in a city the one thing in charge is the mayor. He or she control everything. And in the cell the nucleus controls everything.

This slide is explaining the New Celleans cell membrane as tollbooth. The tollbooths is just like the cell membrane, they both track or monitor the thing go in and out out of the city or cell.

Gift Sail acts as Golgi body. People are allowed to package items from the gift shop and send the out just as the Golgi body in a cell.

The Storage Cells are suppose to be vacuoles in the cell world. These two thing hold items that cant fit in the places they have for the cell or city.

The Trolly Troops are the same as the endoplasmic reticulum because they both move things from one place to another.

Just like the mitochondria gives off energy for the cell, the electricity house gives off creates for the city.

Cells have lysosomes to breakdown materials and old worn-out cell parts. And the Disposal Recycling Quarters does the same thing. It also breaks down or worn-out parts of the city and make them into new things for the city to use again.

The cobblestone streets act as the cytoplasm of a cell. They both hold the item inside and keep the city or cell together.

Ribosome Restaurant is equivalent to ribosomes in the cells. It creates protein for the people just like the ribosomes create proteins for the cell.
