CLAIM
DOES THE SIZE OF THE BALL AFFECT HOW FAR IT GOES WHEN ROLLED DOWN A RAMP
4.
WE DID TWO TYPES OF TESTS: ONE ON THE GRASS AND ONE ON THE CEMENT
We used a basketball, a soccer ball, and a tennis ball (all different sizes)
5.
EVIDENCE
We thought it did affect how far it travels because when we used the balls (each a different size) they went different distances
6.
EVIDENCE
We used a wooden ramp and we went on the cement outside
7.
EVIDENCE
We took each ball and rolled them down the same ramp three times each
8.
EVIDENCE
They all went different distances
9.
EVIDENCE
When we were done with the cement test, we went on the grass and did the same thing
10.
EVIDENCE
As you can see, it doesn't matter what the surface is, all sizes of ball will go different lengths when rolled down a ramp
