Some facts!!!!
- Mars has lost 87% of its water to space
- The hydrated minerals are called perchlorates and have been shown to keep liquids from freezing even when the planet can be -94 degrees fahrenheit
- MRO (Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter) has been examining Mars since 2006
- The streaks darken and appear to flow into the steep slopes during the warm seasons about -10 degrees or above and disappear at colder times
- Slopes were first noticed in 2011
