• They relied heavily on their main rivers. .
• They lived, ate, and grew crops around the rivers

• In the Nile river a polytheistic religion is practiced.
• This means they worship multiple gods.
• There are 34 gods that the Nile people believed in.

EDUCATION

• The Sumerian people are the earliest known system of writing.
• They created written documents by using triangular-tipped stylus.
• And made wedge shaped impressions in soft clay

LANGUAGE

• The language spoken in the Nile river is the Nubia languages
• They are spoken in Sudan and southern egypt,along the banks of the Nile river.
• These are now considered to be a part of the Nilo-Saharan language family.

ARCHITECTURE

• Ancient Egyptians are the ones who have taught humanity to build structures
• They made good achievements and they did it all with simple tools
• they put a lot of thought into the buildings they designed

FOOD

• Fruit trees, Fish
• When the river would flood, it would reposit soil.
• which grew wheat, barley, and beans.

ROLES OF GENDER AND WORKERS

• Men were more respected than women
• Women often used to weave cloth and grind grains
• The men would heard the animals
• And hunt and gather to provide for their family.

• Activities on the river included
• Swimming
• Hunting, fishing
• Childerns games
• Basket weaving
