  • In North Africa, many people live in rural areas like towns/countryside
  • Although there is mostly rural areas, urbanization is increasing
  • In poor areas, the houses are small and made of thatch, stick/wood, mud, rammed earth, and stone.

  • If you are wealthy you can go to school

  • They export sugarcane, wheat, and vegetables
  • Desert and poor soil limits farming

  • They can use this land to grow and export good
