Why should a pre-approval be your 1st step

  • To show you are ready and able to buy.
  • Many sellers will not look at offers from buyers who are not pre-approved.
  • Pre-approval can show any errors on your credit that need to be removed, giving you a chance to correct and improve your credit score.

  • Tax returns
  • W-2's
  • Pay stubs
  • Proof of any other income
  • Proof of assets such as bank and investment account stmts.
  • Documentation of debts, like credit card stmts and student loan stmts.
