GOALS COMPARED TO ACTUAL
- My total carbohydrates were 55% campared to my goal of 50%
- My total fats were 25% compared to my goal of 30%
- My total protein was 15% compared to my goal of 20%

- I need to reduce my carbohydrates

- I need to increase my protein levels
- I need to eat less table sugar and more natural sugars in fruits
