  • Finger like projections that extend from the mouth to trick prey
  • Slugs can be comoflagee
  • They help prevent to many animals from eating food/crops
  • If we didnt have slugs the amount of food would be lower

  • Fox help keep the rodent population down
  • Food web: grass, rabbit/birds, fox, bear/cougar
  • Color of fur adapts them to the countryside
  • Very fast so prey can't get them

  • Able to blend into there surroundings
  • Help keep insects and rodents down
  • Another animal that helps keep the populations frome getting to big
  • sun, grass, grasshopper, shrew, owl, wolves, bear
