ACCOMADATION

• At Olds College you can stay in CV (centennial village) or a townhouse
• Students can also live off campus in a house or apartmemt
• We both lived in CV
• CV is single rooms

MEALS

• If you live in a townhouse or off campus then you cook for youtself
• Because we live in CV we have meal plans and we eat at a cafeteria
• The menu is different everyday and the variety of food is very good

EVENTS

• Throughout the year there are events all over campus
• These events range from sporting events to special promotions at the student bar
• The RA's also organize events in CV such as egg painting for Easter

PARKING

• CV has it's own parking lot directly behind the building
• The townhouses also have multiple parking lots
• A parking pass is required to park in any of the lots
• These must be purchased from student services

STUDY SPACES

• The campus is full of spaces for studying
• CV has multiple study spaces on each floor
• CV also has conference rooms that are free to rent if you need a larger space
• There are also study spaces located through the classroom buildings

LIBRARY

• The school has a large library
• This is a popular place to study because it is wuiet
• There are multiple computer labs in the library that can be used for school work
• There are also events hosted in the library such as "the long night against procrastination"

SPORTS TEAMS

• At Olds College the sports teams are the Olds College Broncos
• The school has men and women's teams in: Soccer, Futsal, Basketball, Volleyball and women's Hockey as well as badminton, curling and rodeo team

SPORTS TEAMS

• The teams play all their home games on campus
• Student attendance is encouraged
• The games have a good atmosphere and are enjoyable to attend

CAMPUS SAFETY

• The campus is patrolled by Olds College security
• The security operate out of the CV lobby
• They patrol the campus in jeeps
• They offer safe walks at all times all over campus

CAMPUS FACILITIES

• There is a gym in CV that is open to all students in the building
• There is also a gym in the Ralph Klein Centre that is free to use for all college stufents
• The Duncan Marshall Place building has a Tim Hortons on the ground floor

SPORTS MANAGEMENT COURSE

• We are both in the sports management diploma
• All of our class work is done in the DMP, FGH gym, RKC gym or outside on the fields.
