• Schedule flexibility
• Learning on-the-go
• Advanced courses/variety
• Helping students learn and become proficient with up to date technology and resources
• Independent approach

DISADVANTAGES

• Not the ideal learning approach for all students
• Difficult for students with learning disabilities
• Independent/flexible approach versus structure

Online learning opportunities are quickly expanding in the US
