Orange Jelly Recipe

ORANGE JELLY RECIPE

Ingredients:
5 pieces of large oranges
10g jelly (agar-agar) powder
1000 ml (water+orange juice)
7 tablespoon of sugar
a bit of salt
1-2 tablespoon of sunquick orange

Instructions

1. Cut the orange into halves. Scoop the insides and set aside. Use the orange peel as a bowl to pour the jelly into later on.

2. Blend the orange flesh scooped out earlier and filter out the husks to get just the juice.

3. Add water to the orange juice to get 1000 ml worth of mixture.

4. Cook the mixture with jelly powder, sunquick and sugar until it boils. Let it cool for a while.

5. Pour the mixture into the orange peel. Chill inside the refridgerator until firm.

6. Slice into wedges and serve
