Oreo Truffle Math Project

Ingredients

• 1 pack of Oreos of any flavor
• 1 pack of cream cheese (8 oz)
• 1 tbsp of milk
• 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1 pack of baking chocolate (milk, white or dark)

Directions

• Take the oreos and set aside 4-5 later
• Crush the remaining oreos in a bag
• Combine the crushed oreos,cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl with your hands
• Roll the mixture into bite-size balls and set in the freezer for 15-25 minutes

Directions

• Once they've chilled melt the chocolate
• CAREFULLY dip the balls into the chocolate
• Crush the oreos that were set aside and place a small amount on top of each ball after dipping one

Recipe Doubled

• To double the recipie, i just multiplied by 2
• Since most of the ingriedients are just 1, i know that 1 times 2 equals 2
• And for the vanilla extract 1/2 times 2 equals 1 whole

Recipie halved

• To half the recipe just divide by 2
• Again, since most of the ingredients are 1, 1 divided by 2 equals 1 half
• And for the vanilla extract, 1/2 divided by 2 equals 1/4

Recipe for 20

• This recipe makes 20 truffles
• The serving size is 3 truffles, so 20 times 3 equals 60 truffles, which is 20 servings
• So basically all you do is multiply by 3
