PRESENTATION OUTLINE

🎈WELCOME TO THE ORGANELLE CARNIVAL!🎈

EXCITING TIMES AWAIT YOU
I chose an amusement park because it made the most sense to me. Amusement parks have lots of creative rides and exhibits. I think this made the most possibilities for organelles.

Here at our amusement park, you'll learn about the parts inside of a cell while enjoying fun rides, good food, and entertainment!

THE "CELL MEMBRANE" SECURITY

OUR GRADE "A" SECURITY WILLL ENSURE YOU'LL HAVE A SAFE TIME.
The security in the park represents the cell membrane. This is because in a cell, the cell membrane protects the cell, and controls what can and can't get in. The security in the park keep you safe things out and let the guests in for a safe experience.

THE BEHIND THE SCENES "NUCLEUS"

SEE HOW IT'S ALL DONE HERE IN OUR OFFICES!
The back offices are like the nucleus. This is because in a cell, the nucleus controls every cell activity. This is just like the workers, when they plan and control the park's attractions.

OUR "GOLGI BODY" RIDES

RIDE OUR EXHILARATING ROLLER COASTERS!
The roller coasters are like the Golgi bodies in a cell. In a cell, Golgi bodies package proteins and send them of to another location. People riding in roller coasters are put through the course just like transportation in the cell.

THE "ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM" LAZY RIVER

IT CAN CARRY YOU ANYWHERE!
I chose the lazy river to represent the endoplasmic reticulum. This is because a lazy river is a winding river that can carry you from place to place. The endoplasmic reticulum is like a set of paths, carrying protein from one end to the other.

OUR "VACUOLE" POOL

IT'S COMPLETE WITH WATER SLIDES!
The pool here represents the vacuole. This is because a vacuole stores materials, mainly water. A pool holds water for others to swim in. Interestingly enough, there is such thing as a contractile vacuole, which pumps out water. This is exactly like a waterslide.

THE "MITOCHONDRIAN" FOOD COURT

YOU'LL FIND LOTS OF GOOD EATS HERE!
The food court here is like the mitochondria. This is because in a cell, the mitochondria produces energy for the cell to use. Humans get their energy from food, so the food court also produces energy.

GREENHOUSE GROWN "CHLOROPLAST" PRODUCE

IT'S SERVED FRESH IN OUR FOOD COURT.
The grown food represents the chloroplasts. Chloroplasts produce food from sunlight for a plant cell. Plants grows from sunlight, and is then fed to people.

OUR "RIBOSOME" CHEFS

THEY WILL NEVER DISAPPOINT!
The chefs here are like the ribosomes. In a cell, the ribosomes would produce protein. The chefs here are producing food, which can act as a source of protein for humans.

FIND ALL OF OUR "ORGANELLES"!

TOUR THE ENTIRE "CYTOPLASM" GROUNDS!
Finally, the park grounds represent the cytoplasm. In a cell, the cytoplasm keeps all the organelles in place. The park grounds keep all of the rides, which represented different organelles.

HAPPY GUESTS HAVE TO SAY...

"Chef Ribe O'Some's protein shakes are the best. Sip one while enjoying the Lazy River."

"The 'Behind the Scenes" tour of the 'nucleus' offices really helped me understand how they run 'the cell'."

"This park is really safe, the 'cell membrane' security team checks everyone who goes in and out of the 'cell'".
