Low body weight~Weighing less than 127 lbs can increase the chance that you might get osteoporosis.
Drinking alot~ When a person drinks alcohol it messes with the pancreas and uit’s absorbance of calcium and vitamin D. It also messes with the liver, which is important for activating vitamin D.
Family History~ If your relatives had osteoporosis it is a greater chance that you will get it too.
