Commitment and Sacrifice
These two traits are what separates the good from the great. I do not want us to be good. I want us to be the best. Sacrifice will be the motto until we have reached the point where we don't need to commit every waking moment building the business. If you do not want to sacrifice EVERYTHING than I do not want you to be a part of this epic journey.

Discipline and Faith
This segways perfectly from commitment and sacrifice. Discipline is staying the course. It is doing what we need to do everyday, day in and day out without letting our failures detour us. Faith backs discipline. If you have unwavering faith in yourself, your work, your passion for greatness, than discipline becomes much more easy to maintain.

Planning, organization and Routine
The Real Estate business is not hard. In the end it truly is a numbers game. We will have proven routines to follow, backed by numbers. Everyday and every action will be intentional and scheduled.

Education
This is KEY to our growth as individuals and to our business. My goal is to read 4 to 6 books a week. I will be expecting the same from my core group. The more we input the more we will be able to output. Our target market are some of the most educated people in the world on many levels. We need conversation pieces and confidence.

Client Service
Our backbone and referral driver will be our top notch service. We will be known as the nicest, most hardworking and educated group in the business. WE WILL DO ANYTHING for our people. We will be landscapers, cleaners, movers, therapists, friends, and loan distributes if need be. This plus our tenacity to gain clients will make us the top 1%.

Teamwork and Communication
Open lines of communication and transparency is a must to success. We will be a team of equals. All discrepancies, decisions and major plays will be discussed between us. We can fight, argue, and be passionate about our beliefs but at the end of the day we must come out with a sound decision and be content whether it was your idea or not. If we can not decide together I will make the final call. For the first year I have final decision power.

Team Building
We will have scheduled team activities to let off steam and grow closer. A family environment and "die for each other" mentality will be built.
We will have scheduled role play sessions once a week for cold call, door knocking, listing and buyers presentations.

The reason we will become the best in the world is because of our lead generation pursuit. We will do this every waking moment of everyday. Every person every where knows someone who is looking to buy sell or invest. We will study and learn all lead generation tactics and will become masters in this realm!

We will be constantly involved in our local community. High school sports programs, Rotary, and small business interviews.
Our Marketing will be extremely Social Media driven and then grass root through our local listings with Mega open houses.

The Overall Vision
I see a future of unlimited possibilities. I want to sacrifice EVERYTHING today and in the near future for the opportunity to live BIG. 5 years from now I want FUCK YOU money and to be free from the grasps of economic incarceration. I want to travel the world and help people in need. I want to live, laugh and love for as many years as possible. What is retirement if you're 65 years old and can't trek Machu Pichu.
THE ACTIONS WE TAKE TODAY DICTATE WHAT WE DO IN 5 YEARS! COME WITH ME ON THIS JOURNEY TO GREATNESS! DO NOT LAY ON YOUR DEATH BED WITH REGRET!
