GOAL = £350k new income

That could just be one BIG account, brought in halfway through the year.

So I'll be working with Peter, Paul and Emma particularly to hunt out some LARGE retainer clients.

(the WACOM brief would be 350 USD for the US, UK and global coordination bits. SO, it's ambitious but by no means improbable).

Proactive pitching
Our inbound stuff is brilliant. But we're going to do MORE this year to chase the dream clients that we really want to work on.

NVIDIA is a great case of that working well. We're going to do more of that.

Networking
Everyone should think like Laura and work a room. Or make like Rebecca and chat up someone like Cindy from AttractionWorld at an SEO event.

Marketing events
Again, we already do some stuff that could easily be tweaked to become a marketing event for Dynamo. E.g. Rebecca's digital/social intro to BBA could work for some prospects as a breakfast meeting. Tom Cheesewright's training on 'the new influencers' could become a public talk that's both a great value add for existing clients (and makes them buy a social/digital service from us) AND it could be a great excuse to get prospects in here.
