- Like when dally helped pony boy and johnny escape the cops
J IS FOR JOHNNY
- Johnny is a greaser he is 16 years old
- Johnny they call the kicked puppy because he has had it rough
- Johnny kills bob to protect pony boy
K IS FOR KNIFE
- The greasers most of them carry switch blade knives
- Some of them dont like carrying them they do to scare off socs
- Bob is killed be Johnny who killed him with a knife
L IS FOR LOSS
- Greasers have had many losses
- Pony boy darry and soda pop have lost there parents
- The socs have lost bob in the story
M IS FOR MADRAS SHIRTS
- A madras is a shirt that the socs wear
- It was what the gang wears also with khaki pants
- They also had non greasy hair

- When johnny and pony boy kill bob they are nervous
- Dally helps them hide out for awhile
- Johnny and pony boy hop a train and hide in a old church

- Out siders is the title of the book
- In the outsider is a story tells about greasers vs socs
- They jump each other and fight
P IS FOR POLICE
- The police are a big fear to the greasers
- If soda or pony boy gets caught darry gets mad
- Every time somthing happens dally gets questioned

- Johnny is real quiet
- He's had it rough so no messes with him
- Hes there kicked puppy
