Your (Normal) Daily Routine
CHECK - PLAN - DO - REFLECT
Do the work that is planned for today.
Reflect - after you've finished doing the work, reflect on the skills, attributes, mindsets you used in the process. The more specific, the better!
GO ENJOY other things!

Golden Rules of Check Plan Do (R)
Check your resources (Google classroom, Schoology). Do NOT rely on memory.
Write down your plan. If it's not written down, it's not happening.
Calendar = easiest (example?)
This is Your DAILY Routine (at least M-F) - how to make sure it becomes/stays that way? What gets in the way?

How do we Check Plan Do (R) in quarantine?
Start with school, as usual.
What are your other buckets? Family, friends...?

7.
(QUAR) Check Plan Do (R)
Pick 1 (non-school) bucket.
CHECK - why is this bucket important? What do you want to do/achieve/prioritize? Timeline? Consider short-term vs. long-term (we need both!)
PLAN - write out the tasks needed to do/achieve/prioritize accordingly.

9.
Golden Rules of (QUAR) Check Plan Do (R)
Write down your plan. If it's not written down, it's not happening.
Get creative with how you check + plan! Journal? Sketch book? Writing vs. drawing, mind mapping...?
Remember this is YOUR Routine! Active creation/improvement > passive experience (easy to spend time doing 'meh' things when we're passive)
