the description of a visual merchandiserś job is designing and creating displayś so it catches people's eyes and increases sales. it will also draw people to the storeś so people would be curious about what kind of design of clothes are in the stores.

a visual designer works about 30 to 40 hours a week but if they have a deadline that they need to meet then they will work till the due date. they also have to do lots of research to make sure their design isn't matching any other competitor.

what kind of schooling would you have to do to become a merchandiser? well you can get an associate degree (2 years) or you can do a bachelors degree (4 years)

they take about 4 years in school or 2 years just really depends on what you would like to do
