Amendment I

  • Internet access should be a universal freedom whether purchased or free.

Amendment II

  • The government has a right to remove/restrict internet access to internet criminals

Amendment III

  • Individuals on the internet have a right to post as they please until they become a terroristical threat or use the web in aid in illegal activitie

Amendment IV

  • The people have a right to join in on internet gatherings until illegal activities are discussed in detail and seriousness

Amendment V

  • Marketing through browsing history should be a personal privacy if wished so by personal decision

Amendment VI

  • People's personal information should not be allowed to be viewed by anyone unless probable cause (illegal activity) is provided

Amendment VII

  • A person's data should not be distributed without said person's permission or probable cause (illegal activity)

Amendment VIII

  • Access to recorded chats via voice chat programs should be available for access if probable cause is available

Amendment IX

  • Access to old chat logs (text chat) should be available with probable cause
