You use an art form to show how you feel
Music, dance, painting, writing, sculpting, etc.
This is a healthy way to release any emotional tension
Negative expression includes: fighting, violence, vandalism, etc.

Unpleasant Emotions
When dealing with bad emotions it is best to not think negatively about everything
Positive self-talk is the process of thinking about good parts in a bad situation
Stress is is the body's response to unpleasant emotions
We have a defense mechanism to deal with stress, but sometimes we can lash out towards others in our distress

Triggers
A trigger is a person, situation, or event that influences emotions
GettIng someone triggered can cause a bad relationship
You can have someone triggered buy annoying them or messing around with there emotions

Control
You can control your emotions and by doing that you can have healthy emotions.
You can talk it out or wright in a diary or even just talk to someone you trust.
If you don t know how to control them get help.
