GOALS

  • Muscular strength:To be able to lift more than my body weight.
  • Muscular endurance: to be able to swim for an hour straight
  • Cardiorespiratory endurance: Be able to run a 10k in 45mins
  • Flexibility: be able to improve my sit and reach test by 3 inches
  • Body compostion: to gain more muscle

HOW TO OBTAIN GOALS

  • Work out at least 4 times a week
  • Eat more protein
  • Lift heavier weight each week
  • Run a 2 mile everyday than increase
  • Flexiblity: start to do yoga

EXERCISES

  • Curl 30 lbs 10 times each day
  • 150 sit ups each day
  • Squat 50 times
  • 4 sets of 20 push ups
  • Swim for 45 minutes everyday for a week

WHERE TO WORK OUT

  • School gym
  • Exercise equiment in my basement
  • Get a gym membership
