Muscular strength:To be able to lift more than my body weight.
Muscular endurance: to be able to swim for an hour straight
Cardiorespiratory endurance: Be able to run a 10k in 45mins
Flexibility: be able to improve my sit and reach test by 3 inches

HOW TO OBTAIN GOALS
Work out at least 4 times a week
Eat more protein
Lift heavier weight each week
Run a 2 mile everyday than increase
Flexiblity: start to do yoga

EXERCISES
Curl 30 lbs 10 times each day
150 sit ups each day
Squat 50 times
4 sets of 20 push ups
Swim for 45 minutes everyday for a week
