ELECTRIC FORCE

  • The attractive or repulsive interaction between any two charged objects.

CIRCUITS

  • Closed- the circuit is complete so the electrons can flow freely.
  • Open- a circuit that has lost its connection so the electrons can not flow.
  • Series- a single paths for electric current to flow; if one element is removed the rest will not work.
  • Parallel- multiple paths are formed for electric current to flow.
  • Circuits- set of electrical components connected so that they provide one or more paths for movement of electric charges.

ELECTRICAL POWER

  • The rate at which electrical energy is converted into other forms of energy.

OVERLOADED CIRCUIT

  • A device or outlet has to much electrical current.

SHORT CIRCUIT

  • Frayed wires can touch causing an alternate path.
  • Danger
