The three parts of the health triangle is Physical, Social and Emotional.

Physical

  • to keep your body fit and healthy
  • Help your body get fit so you can live a healthy and long life

Social

  • when you socialize more, your body will be less nerves near people
  • plus you will be more into talking

Mental

  • you should have a positive outlook at life to keep your mind heathy.
  • plus staying in school can keep your mind healthy too.

When you keep the three parts of the health triangle balanced, you live a healthy life.
