  • A study from the Lancet released in 2019 that assessed over 450.000 people over the course of 2 years found that no matter where you live or what your daily diet is like, banning entire food groups and thinking you can cheat your way into good health might work for a while, but it could also send you into an early grave.

No Quick Fix is Sustainable

  • If you keep chasing diet after diet you’ll stay overweight and embarrassed of your body. If you commit to taking a hard look at the habits that keep you overweight and tackle them your weight issues will be a thing of the past.
  • Following the latest fad diet is like doing crack you get a hit, it feels good for a minute then the high fizzles and you’re off searching for the next best miracle cure. There’s no miracles and quick fixes to your weight or health – identifying what habits led to the current symptoms and correcting those habits are what will give you sustainable success.
