OLD TESTAMENT GLORY

• Meaning "to be heavy".
• A mans weight,riches,power and position.
• What a man was and what he had.
• NT meaning a verb that means "to think" referring to a mans evaluation of himself his reputation

The first mention of God's glory is in Exodus 16:7
"And in the morning you will see the glory of the Lord..."

The first mention of God's glory is in His provision for His people.

TO GLORIFY HIM
To bring His innate glory to light. To expose it,manifest,reveal,demonstrate, make it known, to put God on display, to show Him off
