Stars different shapes and sizes

  • A star that you cannot see with the naked eye can be larger than the star
  • A star that is smaller is farther than the stars that are bigger
  • A star is not always star shaped most of the time it is more of a circular shape

A stars colour

  • all stars are different colours
  • the hotter the star is the brighter the colour is it doesn't matter if the star is really small.
  • the different colours from coldest to hottest is dark orange, yellow,white

why do stars twinkle?

  • Stars appear to twinkle when our night sky is down to the Earth's atmosphere.
  • A star can move easily when it is closer to the Earth.

What is a stars life cycle?
a stars life cycle is birth, Nebula then to its death. A star is born from the death of another star.

What is a High Mass Star?

  • A high mass star is known to be the biggest star.
  • Its mass is approximately 265 times the size of the sun.
  • Because the high mass star is so hot the color of the star is blue, dark blue, or white.
  • when a high mass star dies they go through a red giant stage then they turn into largely immense sizes
