RELEVANCY

• Relevancy is not always found in the content that you are learning
• in the understanding the concept of a subject
• Find relevency in going, learning, particpating and doing

BOREDOM

• Bordom is having no interest
• The faster your thinking the more prone you are to being bored
• You can reduce bordem by knowing how to control and improve your thinking

PROCRASTINATION

• Procratination is putting off something that is unpleasant or burdensome
• It may feel good in the moment but that only lasts for a little bit of time
• You still have to do the work but by procratinating you start feeling stressed, guilt, anxiety and more

LISTENING

• To learn effectively you have to listen
• When you don't listen you are in a level such as my life is on my mind,judgmental,distracted, processing
• The zone is when you are able to avoid levels before and remind yourself not now so you can listen
