• Leave your feelings at the door and FOCUS!!!
• Without good listening habits you will fail.

LEVEL 4

• Processing is at the same time listening and memorizing
• Processing info can wear you down.

LEVEL 5

• Being in the zone means you are completely unaware
• Leave past thoughts in the parking lot
