The Pan-Celtic festival is a celebration of the common Celtic heritage that many areas of Western Europe still have and to celebrate as a "Celtic Nation"
LOCATION
The Pan-Celtic Festival is held in a different location every year all over the different Celtic nations. It has been held in Ireland over 20 times and was held in Carlow town in 2015
