Where is Olympic?
Olympic national park is on the Olympic peninsula, which is part of Washington state.

The Founding of Olympic: In 1897, President Grover Cleveland founded the Olympic Forests.
In 1909, President Theodore Roosevelt founded the Mount Olympus Monument which was on Olympic land.
Finally, on June 29, 1938, President Franklin Roosevelt made Olympic into a National park. The national park was made into a park because of its beautiful land and vegetation.
