• Who was my Great Uncle as a marine and most importantly, who was he as a person?

Ancestry project

• For my project, I researched my great uncle Jim
• My great uncle was my grandmothers brother.
• I never got to see him but was always interested in meeting him, but never got the chance to before he passed.

About Him

• Jim was born in Decatur, Illinois.
• He was married two times in his entire life.
• My great uncle was a war veteran and served in the vietnam war.

His Career

• He was in the Marines and served in vietnam.
• He was the owner of his own AC and Refrigerator company before he served. i"m not really sure what the name of his company was.
