Rugged

Conceal means to hide. The cat will CONCEAL when a person touches it.

Dubious means uncertain, unsure, or doubtful. She is very DUBIOUS that she isn't going to keep the dog.

squeezed in between two people or things. She was in a SANDWICH in a big crowd to see the fire works.

Blurt out

If you blurt out something, you say it suddenly or without thinking. The little girl will BLURT OUT because she could keep it in.
