When the supply ship arrived to Roanoke Island there was nothing there except a skull and a wooden board that read Croatoan.

  • The person who founded Roanoke was Sir Walter Raleigh.
  • The people aboard the ship with Sir Walter Raleigh reached Roanoke Island on July 4th.
  • Roanoke is on the land of today's Dare County, North Carolina.
