Educators focus on the negative digital footprint, and the damage that a poorly managed social media account can inflict upon a student's online presence.

The Right Tool

When requiring students to use online presentation tools, consider letting them choose between two different platforms.

When given a choice in my classes, 5-10% of students will choose an online tool that is different from the other students. Let them!

Students will gravitate toward a tool that works for their learning style. This will help further engage the student, and prompt them to create quality online materials.
