WHY THE JEWS?

  • The Jews commonly gained much wealth and power.
  • They were looked at as an inferior race.
  • They believed they were "the chosen one"

HOW DID THE NAZIS KILL MILLIONS?

  • The Jews were only 0.8% of the German population so they couldn't fight back easily.
  • Other countries stayed out of it mostly.
  • Hitler was a very persuasive man.
  • Other people who were poor could take the Jews jobs.

WHO BESIDES HITLER SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE?

  • Not one or a few were responsible there were many different things that led up to the holocaust and people that helped kill the jews.

WHAT DID UNITED STATES KNOW AND DO?

  • The United States knew about it early on but chose not to get involved beyond German lines. They also didn't publicize it in the U.S. For a while due to Jewish leaders.

WHY WASNT THERE MORE RESISTANCE?

  • There was few resistance because 0.8% of the population isn't enough to fight against an army.

WHY DIDNT THEY ALL LEAVE?

  • There were many forms that needed copies and a lot of money involved wi trying to leave.
  • Also the U.S. Wasn't accepting immigrants.
