- Usually spent in summer cottages, nature of the city
- Here in Turku many go to Ruissalo, even with tent

- Dancing and spending time with good company
- Grilling
- Going to sauna with the birch whisk
- All in all having fun and enjoying summer and nature
- Drinking... usually a lot, fins traditionally are heavy drinkers :)

- But all in all, Juhannus is a really nice and special celebration here in Finland especially because of the 24h light and nature especially if one doesn't drink too much.... and especially if the weather if nice, because its Finland, u know, there has been times when it was snowing at Juhannus
