1.
THE TRUST FUND METAPHOR
This concept explains how trust is bulit or lost in a relationship.
This operates like a savings account.
Example: Maddy smiles at someone she would earn 50 dollars, but then she talked bad about someone. So she then would lose 30 dollars.

MAKING DEPOSITS
Anytime you are nice to someone you are depositing trust into that relationship.
On the other hand, withdrawals occur when we are unkind.
Examples (nice): Smiling or saying hello to someone, giving someone a compliment, and saying "Thank You"
Examples (unkind): being sarcastic or ignoring someone

WHAT'S IT WORTH
Any withdrawl of trust from a relationship is a serious matter.
Depending on the serverityof the withdrawl, numerous deposists are necessary to make up for the trust lost.

THE BIG THINGS
Big Things are the those things that are most important to us.
If you don't have those Big Things then your relationship will be rocky and not good.
Space is very important because you need to be independent, but also stay connected to the relationship.
