PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Warmup

  • First you start with a simple stretch
  • Jumping jacks for 5minutes
  • Pull your leg back for 2 minute
  • Jog in place for 3

Time to start exercising

  • Jog around your block or in place for 12 minutes
  • Try sprinting up stairs for 5 minutes (if you don't have stairs, do high knees
  • Do up downs for 7 minutes
  • Do push ups for 6 minutes

  • Try taking a water break for 2 m
  • Sitting down and stretch your legs out for 3 minute
