Three Layers

• Crust
• Mantle
• Crust

CRUST
-thin, outermost layer
-composed of silicon, aluminum, calcium, sodium, and potassium

Mantle
-2/3 of earth's mass
-composed of silicon, oxygen, magnesium, iron, aluminum, and calcium

Core
-the center of the earth
-1/3 of the mass of the earth
-composed of iron and nickel

• or you may use technology using the format of your choice
• the sky (or should I say the earth) is the limit
• present your information to the class using some medium of technology-example: PowerPoint, HaikuDeck, etc.
