THE TRAIL
The Wilderness Trail was over 200 miles long.
It was used from 1775-1810.
The wilderness trail was the path used by 300,000 settlers into Central Kentucky
4.
SETTLEMENTS
Boonesboro and the other settlements made in Kentucky were not comfortable.
They had the bare minimum of everything.
The cabins caught on fire very easily.
Indian attacks were very common.
They had to work hard to survive.
They mostly ate meat and vegetables but on special occasions they had pies or other baked goods.
