Our second step is that we sequenced the alien insects into groups and periods(or other words rows and columns). For groups we put them together based on their body shape. For periods we put the alien insects together based on their appendages.

SECOND STEP

Our second step is that we sequenced the alien insects into groups and periods(or other words rows and columns). For groups we put them together based on their body shape. For periods we put the alien insects together based on their appendages.

THIRD STEP

After we arranged we figured out that there was two missing alien insects. We then concluded that missing insect 1 had a medium sized body that looked like a battery. It had one hourglass appendage on its back. A oval head with one eye with a horizontal arrow on its head also. We also concluded that both of its feet were triangles.

Without placing the insects in a pattern we wouldn't be able to predict the aliens had.
