• A large part of government workers were sent home
• WIC, Social Security Checks also shutdown
• National parks across the nation will shut down

FACTS ABOUT GOV SHUTDOWN:

• Immigration offices have shut down
• As well as local housing
• EPA will nearly completely shut down

FACTS ABOUT GOV SHUTDOWN:

• The FDA will not be funded
• New applicants for WIC will not be accepted
• Head start for young children will also shut down
• Student aid will not be continued while gov is shut down

WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT:

• The people want the government to reopen (BING)
• The people want WIC and Social security to open (WASHINGTONPOST.COM)
• They want hospitals and WIC to accept new applicants(WASHINGTONPOST.COM)
• People need the aid from the government (BING)
