Special Order 191 was found on September 9, 1862
The Battle of Antietam started on September 17, 1862
It was fought between Robert E. Lee and George B. McClellan
The battle was the bloodiest single day of fighting with 22,717 casualties
The battle ended in a draw but, Lincoln took it as a win for the Union
