1) Unitary Government
Unitary government is a political organization in which most or all of the governing power resides in a centralized government. It contrasts with a federal system.

2) Federal Government
This government is composed of three branches: legislative, executive, and judicial. There is a president who is mostly in charge of the country. There is also Congress, Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court.

3) Condereration
Confederation is an organization that's consists of a number of parties or groups united in an alliance or leauge.

4) Autocracy Government
Autocracy is a system of government by one specific person who has all the power.

5) Democracy Government
Democracy is a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of states, typically through elected representatives.

6) Oligarchy Government
Oligarchy is a small group of people having control of the country, organization, or institution.

7) Monarchy Government
Monarchy is a type of government where there is one leader for a country. The leaders in a monarchy are born into power and rule until they die.
