•EDUCATION AND TRAINING

You must acquire technical knowledge to be a successful photographer. You need good eyesight, some artistic ability and good hand-eye coordination. You typically need a bachelors degree too.

•WORKING CONDITIONS/HAZARDS OF THE JOB/CAREER•

There are lots of risks of being a photographer. Many photographers take big risks to get the perfect shot. Many photographer also get hurt hauling all their stuff around and the way they take pictures. Many photographers who don’t realize the damage they are doing until an injury.

•SALARY RANGES AND BENEFITS•

The median Photographer salary is about $60,000 a year. The amount of money a Photographer could get, can also be determined by how much experience they have and the type of work they do.

•ADVANCEMENT PROSPECTS AND JOB SECURITY•

A professional photographer may be an employee of a newspaper, weddings, graduations, or to illustrate an advertisement. There is lots of types of photography and the one that you do, could lead to "bigger" photography jobs.

•WHY IS THIS JOB INTERESTING TO YOU?•

I don't really know what job I for sure want to be. But this is an interesting option to me. It's appealing to me because I don't think it would be a "boring" job.

•LIST STEPS YOU NEED TO TAKE TO MEET REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB•

Like I said before, you need good eyesight, some artistic ability, and good hand-eye coordination. You meet at least a bachelors degree. Skills needed to be a successful Photographer depend on the type of photography you are in.
