Some short term effects are trouble thinking and problem-solving, loss of coordination, disorientation perception, problems with memory and learning some other ones are increased appetite, lightheaded or drowsiness Long-term effects are respiratory problems, emotional problems, immune system problems, changes in the brain, other problems physically are criminal charges, career problems, drug testing

WHAT ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF CONSEQUENCES

If you get caught You can get in trouble by the law have to take multiple drug test or by your parental parents or guardians you could get in a lot of trouble for using drugs

WHAT ARE SOME WAYS YOU CAN STOP PURE PRESSURE

• Say no thanks
• Talk to a trusted adult

READ THESE AND TELL ME IF YOU CONSIDER THEM

• Do you consider your family and how it will impact your family
• Do you consider your own body and how you will have body changes and mood changes
• Do you consider physical changes and how it might be harder for you to have a better career and get a job

My best advice is just to not do drugs it’s not worth it It doesn’t make you look cool and I won’t get you very far in life I don’t have any personal experience because I never did drugs or never will because I want to succeed in life and I wanna live a very long life. And it will be very hard to succeed in life if you do drugs I will mess up your brain malfunction in your physical malfunctions in just your feelings and your thoughts I might make the pain go away for like in the time period that you use it when you stop using it or after you use it for a short period of time it will affect you and I will hurt you so I just recommend not doing drugs at all in and having to go through that
