HISTORY

  • Developed in 1950 as an intravenous anesthetic drug for surgery
  • Discontinued in 1960s by Parke Davis

EFFECTS(MODERATE AMOUNT)

  • Feel distant from surrounding
  • Slurred speech
  • Loss of coordination
  • Rapid eye movement
  • Image distortion
  • Increased breathing rate

EFFECTS(HIGH AMOUNT)

  • Drop in blood pressure
  • Loss of balance
  • Accidents- don't feel pain
  • Flickering of the eyes
  • Illusions and hallucinations
  • Coma/seizures

This drug is illegal in the United States without a DEA license and can be charged if caught using it
