I am seeking a CARE giver position with "Home Instead Senior Care".

I feel like I would be the perfect addition to the team as I have the necessary skills needed to succeed such as I will help them meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

requirements that i have the ability to accomplish

• Able to do house-work/chores
• Ease of communication with others
• Approachable
• Able to respect seniors and their property appropriately
• Have previous experience in helping seniors

Some of the major skills that i possess are:

• Capability to design activities for the enjoyment of seniors
• Ability to respond to crisis situations (e.g. stroke)
• Ability to remember appointments and help be the senior's "calender"
• Ability to stay focused and ensure the safety of the senior always
• Bilingual; can speak English, French, Tamil, and Malayalam with ease

• I do not have CPR training...
• ... but I can learn this skill during the training HISC provides.

some hobbies that i like to indulge in are:

• Play piano
• Stay active
• Play board games (e.g. chess, dominoes etc.)
• Read books
• Keep my home organized and clean it regularly

I plan to do this by:

• Graduating with an IB Diploma
• Get accepted in Ryerson University
• Acquire a degree in Aerospace engineering
• Get an internship in NASA
• Complete the internship and work at NASA

Being an aerospace engineer requires you to collaborate as a team with others to make dream projects become a reality.

This job as a CAREgiver will help me develop my collaboration skills as I am required to communicate with other seniors about their wants and needs.
